I have subsribed myself to music for life, this is whiat i know thoroughly so here we go. Mid 70s Stockwell Manor School, I attended mixture of Girls and Boys whom some of then were my friends from my previous school Stockwell Primary, We all had a lot in common art and craft we were taught at Rasta House St Agnes Place, Kennington before wicked babylon mash it down.
Music in our household was a focusing point we all realize what we had some got what i dont have and i got what some dont hsve. I was still at school 1976 to be precise when i took in a sound system called Ital Rockers from Landor Rd, Stockwell, Then was the best of Channel One yard lovers Reggae Roots Rockers.
Same year mama took mi to Jamaica where I learnt more about my family. I shall be ever greatful, Mama never let mi know that we were in a State Of Emergency at the time regardless an experience to behold.
Black in England early 80's Taurus was another sound I associated with we became a force bonded together and the crew get big. We travelled all about England great experience i encounted my greatest sound ever got to let you know this Jah Shaka.
1987 Mama pass on to our ancestors got a lot of support from family and friends at the time ever greatful for life.
Same time Sugar Dread and i bond tight through the late Rudie Fingers, Sugar Dread is whom I gain my radio experience from as he became Radio Grammy Award Winner. Early 90s i became a Galaxy presenter 1993 to be precise took me sometime to adjust myself which im still doing today.
As you know radio different to dancehall i had to adjust myself with word, sound and power. 1997 father pass on to the ancestors which i attended in Jamaica my family strengthen me so much they decided that i should appear on Irie FM since at the time i was a Galaxy presenter from England they ask what presenter would i like to link up i replied Muta.
I did link up the barefoot Rastaman on his programme Cutting Edge.
